Morning Mobility Routine

I thought I would share my morning mobility routine with you guys. 31 years ago I was hit by a truck while riding my bike. I broke my leg. Spent a week in the hospital. It caused a lot of problems for me. Back problems. Neck problems. Knee problems. Performing this routine in the morning shortly after I wake up in conjunction with getting regular chiropractic care are two of the things that keep me going. Plain and simple. Achilles Tendon Pain? Try This!

Achilles Tendon Pain is a significant problem for some people. Recently a patient came in having trouble with his Achilles Tendon and asked me if I had an exercise that might help him. Turns out, I do. When I was running a lot I used to deal with a lot of Achilles problems and I discovered this exercise . . . It was a life saver. So I made this video for him and decided to share it with you too. The thing is, everyone wants to stretch their Achilles, which is not bad but this exercise is much better.
