Squating and the ability to squat properly is one of the most basic human movements. Kids seem to do it easily and properly but as we get older and spend more and more time sitting in a chair, we start to loose the ability to perform a proper squat. Generally speaking performing body weight only squats on a regular basis is a great way to keep your back in good health and thus decrease the frequency and intensity of back pain episodes.
