I thought I would share my morning mobility routine with you guys. 31 years ago I was hit by a truck while riding my bike. I broke my leg. Spent a week in the hospital. It caused a lot of problems for me. Back problems. Neck problems. Knee problems.
Performing this routine in the morning shortly after I wake up in conjunction with getting regular chiropractic care are two of the things that keep me going. Plain and simple.
