So, find more ways to get moving and sit less, my friends! Â Here are a few suggestions:

- Use a stand-up deskÂ
- Get up at least once per hour and take a brief walk or stretch breakÂ
- work while doing things like riding a stationary bike or walking on the treadmillÂ
