Sitting is the new smoking!

You may have heard that sitting is bad for your health, and you would be right!

But, don't just take our word for it.... The Mayo clinic published a study on this.

So, find more ways to get moving and sit less, my friends! Here are a few suggestions:

- Use a stand-up desk

- Get up at least once per hour and take a brief walk or stretch break

- work while doing things like riding a stationary bike or walking on the treadmill
