Back Pain Relief - Part I

 Excessive sitting is one of the major causes of low back pain.  Maintaining a posture that forces you to maintain a 90 degree bend in the hips and the knees tends to shorten some muscles and over stretches other muscles.  Check out this short video where I teach you one of the exercises that can help relieve back pain caused by too much sitting.  Enjoy!
