Achilles Tendon Pain is a significant problem for some people.
Recently a patient came in having trouble with his Achilles Tendon and asked me if I had an exercise that might help him.
Turns out, I do.
When I was running a lot I used to deal with a lot of Achilles problems and I discovered this exercise . . . It was a life saver.
So I made this video for him and decided to share it with you too.
The thing is, everyone wants to stretch their Achilles, which is not bad but this exercise is much better. It is an eccentric calf raise. Give it a try.
It kept me running longer than I should have.
