2 Stretches to Balance the Hip and Low Back.
Back pain seems to be a way of life for a lot of people. Over 80% of people will suffer with back pain at some point in their life and mostly this is preventable.
You see, sitting too much (Defined as more than 2 hours per day) may set you up for low back pain caused by muscle imbalance in the hips and low back.
In this video I share with you 2 stretches that you can do on a daily basis that will help decrease the muscle imbalances in your low back.
